LED Nozzle Lighting Kit Horpol for Amazone UX4200 Sprayer – 29 m

Professional Horpol LED lighting system designed specifically for a 29-meter Amazone UX4200 field sprayer with four boom bends. The kit is ready for installation and ensures excellent illumination of the working area and spray nozzles.

Kit configuration

• Flat 2-core cable 2×0.75 mm²

• Total length: 29 m

• Superseal plug and socket at both ends

• LED lamps spaced every 50 cm

• Additional T-connector for power supply connection

• Several meters of extra cable included

• Each lamp mounted in a durable plastic socket (visible in photos)

Optional: Red LED marker lights can be added to the ends of the sprayer boom.

• 2 LED diodes per lamp

• Color temperature: 6000 K (white light)

• Rated power per lamp: 0.45 / 0.90 W

• Universal polarity

• Operating temperature range: –35°C to +60°C

Durability & protection

• The set includes 58 LED lamps, permanently and hermetically connected

• This design prevents moisture ingress at connection points and significantly extends service life

How the kit is selected

The lighting system is matched to:

• boom length

• number of nozzles

• boom folding points

Example:
If a boom section up to the folding point has 18 nozzles, we use 18 permanently connected LED lamps.
At the folding point, a connector cable without lamps is installed, fitted with hermetic connectors.
Connector length can be chosen from 15 cm up to 2 meters, depending on the required clearance to allow smooth folding and unfolding of the boom without restriction.
